Bright Grahame Murray is delighted to announce the launch of BGM Corporate Finance, www.bgmcf.co.uk.
Forming part of Bright Grahame Murray’s long term growth strategy, this new initiative will broaden BGM’s service offering to meet the evolving needs of its clients.
BGM Corporate Finance will provide a full suite of corporate finance services, including M&A advisory, fundraising, capital markets and transaction support across a number of sectors.

Spearheading the service offering is Hemant Thanawala FCA, who joins BGM Corporate Finance as Managing Partner. Hemant will be responsible for leading and growing the financial advisory practice.
Hemant has over 35 years’ professional and commercial experience, with the last 20 years in the energy and resources sectors. He has been directly responsible for founding and listing two companies on the London Stock Exchange as well as having extensive involvement in fundraising, acquisitions and disposals and restructuring. Hemant currently serves on the board of one of the listed companies he founded as a non-executive director and a member of its audit and remuneration committee.
