Infinity Health Ltd - strategic investment by Liaison Group
Infinity Health Ltd (“Infinity”), a client of Bright Grahame Murray Chartered Accountants and BGM Corporate Finance, secured a strategic investment from UK-based Liaison Group on 18th August 2020 to fund its business development programme.
BGM Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive adviser and broker to the transaction, with our team led by Hemant Thanawala and supported by Robert Moore and Hugo Meakin.
Infinity is a young and innovative HSJ–award winning company providing a comprehensive collaboration and task-management platform to the healthcare industry. In essence, its technology platform spans the entire digital health ecosystem covering hospitals, care homes, community health centres and services. The company’s technology has already been adopted by several NHS trusts who have experienced notable increases in task efficiencies through its application.
Digital transformation is at the heart of Infinity. Liaison’s investment will allow more trusts to access the tool and the benefits that digitising task management can bring to the NHS. From saving valuable clinical time to reducing the chance of tasks being missed, Infinity supports not only the improvement of patient care and safety, but also workforce redesign through the understanding of how many people are needed to do what work at any one time.
Infinity plans to utilise the investment and the commercial reach of Liaison Group to expand its technical offering and increase its market penetration in the UK.
